Opportunity for six directors under 30 to lead six creative projects with young people

We are looking for six creative people under the age of 30 to work with us on the exciting Dim Byd 'tha Chdi project, which will see a series of pop-up performances in Bangor that will be making some big noise and amplifying the voices of young people aged 13 - 17 from North West Wales.

The creative process will be fast-paced and energetic, influenced by conversations with our Young Company over the past few months. With this group of young people, and the support of our production and technical team, you will create a performance in a public space in Bangor.

Our definition of performance is broad! We're really open about the type of performance and where it will be staged - as long as it's in an open and public space in and around the city centre. Theatrical performance, flash mob, film, music, piece of public art - it will be up to you and the young people to decide.

Fee: £ 800 plus travel costs

Dates: Various days from March 28 to April 22, 2022. Need to be available April 12 and 14 and one day between April 20 and 22.

Maximum of 5 days.

There will be an opportunity to collaborate with other young directors as well as the Frân Wen team. The work created will be in Welsh or bilingual.
