Passionate about sound, lighting, projection, stage management?
Want to learn more about the world of backstage?
Young Company: Tech is a fantastic opportunity for young people aged 16 to 21 to develop as theatre backstage specialists, and get the chance to work alongside professional artists who are part of the company's artistic programme.
The crew meets to:
- Develop technical skills from professional experts
- Receive 1-to-1 mentoring from Frân Wen's production team, Alys Robinson (the company's Stage Manager) and Lewis Williams (the company's Technical and Production Manager)
- Shadow and learn on the job during the technical weeks of our productions
- Get access to play with technical equipment at Nyth, Bangor
The programme is part of our Young Company family, which also includes Young Company: Writing and our flagship Frân Wen Young Company, which focuses on performance.
