Open Call for Young Performers and Dancers

16–25? Love performing?

We are looking for 10 confident young performers and dancers to join our Young Company on an exciting and unique production called The Roar of Romance (temporary title).

This is an opportunity to perform across several locations, including a live performance in Llandudno, Bryn Celli Du and finishing in Trafalgar Square in London. There will also be an opportunity to perform for film and online digital elements. This opportunity is offered free of charge and the project will cover all travel and accommodation costs.

This is an opportunity for performers and dancers aged 16-25, and no previous performance experience is required, just fire in your belly and a desire to collaborate with other young people and a brilliant artistic team!

Frân Wen operates in the Welsh language, and we welcome new speakers and learners. Language is not a barrier on this show, as movement and dance are the main elements. This show will take place mostly outdoors. Our aim is to cultivate an inclusive environment where a range of experiences and perspectives are celebrated and valued.

This production is co-produced with Oriel Mostyn and The Triumph of Art. The Triumph of Art is a national performance project by artist Jeremy Deller which concludes the Bicentenary celebrations of the National Gallery this year.
