The last party on earth at Maes B
For the first time ever - and for one night only - Maes B will transform into a live theatre auditorium.
The Popeth ar y Ddaear event will invite audiences to step into a future-world where a catastrophic disaster has flooded communities.
We’ll stumble across Tom, who’s waiting to hear if he’ll be given shelter, and Nona, who needs to make a decision for herself and her unborn baby. We’ll also meet Malltwen on her last night on earth - and in her final moments is determined to leave the world in a better place.
Join the Friday night chaos in Maes B for the last party on earth - one that raises big questions about our future.
Popeth ar y Ddaear is a co-production by Frân Wen and the National Eisteddfod of Wales, written by Marged Tudur, Mari Elen, Iestyn Tyne and Lauren Connelly, with Osian Williams (Candelas) composing and Nico Dafydd directing.
Supported by Literature Wales, Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru and the University of South Wales. Funded by the Arts Council of Wales through the National Lottery.
