Our Associates are a diverse, dynamic and passionate group of young voices aged 16 – 21 who are ready to help us develop our work.
You will asked to:
- Challenge and review our work.
- Collaborate with all the Associates.
- Push your ideas.
- Be an advocate for our company.
As an Associate you will receive:
- Mentorship by professional artists.
- Opportunity to work on professional productions.
- Support to create your own work.
- Specialist training.
